Nuan Bamboo our fabric blend of Bamboo viscose that is OEKO-TEX certified, meaning tested for harmful chemicals, and produced in small batches to minimize impact to our planet. There is a 5% blend of spandex to provide the additional mobility required for infants and toddlers' developing joints. 

The harsh truth is, no clothing brand is 100% sustainable. When we make something that has higher quantities or neglect ethical standards in the industry, we are inevitably producing waste that can harm the planet. Instead we aim to be as sustainable as possible focusing on progress and process.

Yes, but it really depends on the strain. Nuan bamboo fabric does have antibacterial properties, which make it effective against certain types of bacteria, helping to keep your baby’s skin safe and fresh. However, we are continually optimizing the fabric to enhance its performance and ensure it’s even more effective against a wider range of bacteria.

Yes! Our Bamboo Blend is GREAT for eczema or sensitive baby skin. #1 reason is that it is much more natural than other cheap alternatives such as polyester and gosh forbid it be Nylon or Acrylic. #2 reason is that it is processed just enough to avoid natural fiber allergies and rashes that could happen with 100% cotton or wool garments. 

Our Nuan Bamboo fabric is extremely stretchy, lasting up to 3x longer than other sleep sets. Honestly, even if you do get the size "wrong", you probably won't notice if it's just a bit off (there's a reason our sleep sets last so long)! For sizing guidance, please refer to our sizing guide here.

Shipping generally takes 5-7 days. We use ground shipping for our free shipping option for our members. If you would like express shipping, there may be additional fees which would show up at checkout. 

To decrease the number of times we send out individual packages to our customers (thank you all for the reorders!), we decided to add an incentive for buying all your baby's needs at once (or siblings' needs). Let's decrease shipping emissions and get perks along the way! Whenever you buy 3+ items, you get an automatic discount of 12%. Why 12%? Well it's just a tad bit better than 10% ;)

Normally, yes-- for our sales marked down no more than 20% off. When our mark down is more than 20%, it is in clearance territory and we don't accept returns on those items.
